Perfcoat is an icubator of new application in the aluminium and painting industry.
1/ A green project
Applying green products, without air and water pollution.
Started in 2010, Perfcoat project will enable to apply varnish and modern paints, without Volatil Organic Compounds (VOC), without heavy metals, without chromium and other chemical products highly polluting.
Painted metal. Conventional paints need high temperature (and power) to be cured and VOC.Modern paints are cured at room temperature, with low energy levels and without VOC.
Green and not only. Application systems on metal are known for their pollution, and not only because of the paint. Perfcoat is also working on new treatment with the less water retreatment possible and Perfcoat is thought as the cleanest process to apply paint and varnish.
2/ a light product with high level of resistance
Perfcoat is working with laboratories in order to developp new alloys and aluminium strength to replace carbon steel. New hard alloys and capabilities will come for aluminium using new technologies, limiting the waste of metal !
